Discover how light works while making your own kaleidoscope! Learn about reflection, color, and design in this fun art-meets-science program for tweens.

Join us for Tween Science Saturday: Kaleidoscope, where art and science collide! Tweens will explore the science of light waves and reflection by creating their own colorful kaleidoscopes. This program blends creativity with STEM learning as participants discover how mirrors and angles work together to produce beautiful, symmetrical patterns. Each tween will leave with their own handmade kaleidoscope and a take-home sheet with instructions to recreate the activity at home. It’s a fun and engaging way to explore the science behind what we see!
