Create one-of-a-kind canvas art using colorful fabric! No sewing required—just imagination, creativity, and a love for hands-on fun. For adults, part of our Color Our World series.

Join us for Fabric Art, a hands-on program designed to introduce adults to the many ways art can enrich our lives, inspired by this year’s Summer Reading Program theme, Color Our World. Instead of paint or pencils, participants will use fabric to design and create a small, one-of-a-kind piece of art on canvas. You'll be provided with a stack of colorful fabric and guided by printed instructions, but the final creation is all up to your imagination and creativity. This program encourages critical thinking as you work out how to layer and piece fabrics together to form images, patterns, or abstract designs. No sewing required—just your creativity and a willingness to experiment!
