Step outside, capture a shadow, and turn it into a watercolor masterpiece! Trace the shadow of flowers or objects, then paint it—adding word elements if you choose. No experience necessary!

Join us for Shadow Drawing & Painting, an artistic exploration that combines nature and creativity. In this program, adults will step outside to find a spot where the sun casts a shadow of flowers or other objects onto watercolor paper. You'll trace the shadow and then use watercolors to paint it, capturing the beauty of the moment. Participants will learn techniques for working with shadows and watercolors, following step-by-step instructions and adding word elements to their paintings if desired. The program also includes a book display or info handout to inspire your creativity. No experience is necessary—just a love for art, nature, and the joy of creating something unique.
