How can giant drawings be made that are only fully visible from the sky? In this program, kids will learn about the mysterious Nazca Lines—huge designs created long ago in the Nazca Desert. These incredible geoglyphs include animals, plants, and geometric shapes that stretch across the landscape.
After learning about how and why these massive artworks were created, participants will design and create their own Nazca-inspired art using sand, glue, and paint. Join us for a fun mix of history, creativity, and art as we explore one of the world’s most fascinating mysteries!
