In Choose a Book by Its Color: Color-Mixing, participants will select a favorite book or choose one from our shelves and use a variety of paints to mix and match colors that replicate the shades on the book’s cover. This hands-on, art-meets-literacy program encourages close observation, color theory exploration, and personal expression. If participants check out a book during the program, they’ll receive a small prize like a bookmark or other fun giveaway. Come explore color, creativity, and discover a new favorite read!
