Discover the joy of small-scale art with our Artist Trading Cards program for adults! In celebration of our Summer Reading Program theme, Color Our World, this event invites participants to explore how art enriches our lives and encourages creativity in every form.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction to the fascinating history of Artist Trading Cards (ATCs)—miniature works of art, traditionally sized at 2.5 x 3.5 inches, made to be shared and traded. You’ll see inspiring examples, including designs tied to STEM themes, and receive printed instructions to help guide your creation.

Using a variety of materials and your own imagination, you’ll create two original cards: one to take home and one to trade with a fellow participant. Whether you're new to art or a seasoned crafter, this is a fun, low-pressure way to explore your creativity and connect with others.

All materials are provided. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and artistic spirit!
