Want to help at the library and earn service hours? Join our teen volunteer team. A volunteer application must be turned in to participate. Ages 13 and up.
Want to be part of what happens behind the scenes at the library? Our Teen Volunteer Sessions are a great way to help out, meet other teens, and earn community service hours.
Volunteers may help with tasks like preparing craft kits, organizing supplies, decorating/setting up for programs, or creating book displays. Tasks vary from week to week depending on library needs, so each session feels a little different. Teens are welcome to come regularly or join us whenever their schedule allows.
Registration is encouraged but not required. Signing up ahead of time helps us plan materials and know how many volunteers to expect, but drop-ins are welcome if you have already filled out the application.
A volunteer application must be turned in to participate. Applications can be printed or picked up at at any library branch and can be submitted when you attend your first session. Participants must be 13 or older.
