Children can read to Buddy, a real, licensed, therapy dog. Reading to a dog can help build a reluctant-reader's confidence.

Children can read to Buddy, a real, licensed, therapy dog. Buddy makes himself comfortable in the children's area of the library, and he doesn't know or care if a child stumbles or mispronounces words. He just loves to hear stories and can bring comfort to the nerves. Reading to this gentle dog can help build a reluctant-reader's confidence.
