Stretch, breathe, and relax together at Family Yoga—a wellness-focused program for all ages! In this 30-minute session, we’ll begin with 20 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga that’s perfect for kids, teens, and adults alike. Then we’ll wind down with a 10-minute audiobook sample to promote calm and shared storytelling. This program is offered in partnership with the YA and Children’s Departments and is a great way to connect as a family while introducing healthy habits. Attendees will also learn about free library resources like Beanstack, Hoopla, Libby, and the wide selection of audiobooks available at the library.
