Turn old t-shirts into dog toys for local shelters! A fun service project for tweens & teens that supports animals in need. Donations accepted Aug–Sept at the Cochran Library.
Join us at the Cochran Library for a hands-on service project that gives back to our furry friends! In DIY Dog Toys for Local Shelters, teens and tweens will turn donated old t-shirts into braided dog toys that will be given to local animal shelters and veterinary clinics. This fun, no-sew project teaches community service and creative reuse—while supporting animals in need. We’ll provide all the materials, including t-shirts collected during our August–September donation drive. Help us spread a little joy—one tug toy at a time!
