Tween Ages 9-12!!! Tweens will design their very own fluffy little otter using colorful pom-poms, fun decorations, and lots of imagination. Whether you love crafts, cute animals, or just hanging out with friends, this hands-on activity is the perfect way to relax, create, and have fun at your community library.
