DIY winter hat craft activity that encourages self-expression and seasonal creativity.

To provide tweens with a fun and creative DIY winter hat craft activity that encourages self-expression and seasonal creativity. The program also helps tweens build confidence in making projects while connecting with peers in a library setting. Participants will follow step-by-step instructions to complete the craft, practice creativity, and be encouraged to check out related winter- or craft-themed books to support literacy growth.
