In partnership with Hands of Hope clinic, the mobile unit will be available every Friday at one of the five Henry County libraries from October 2026-February 2027.

No cost and no appointment necessary. For uninsured Henry County residents, ages 18-64, with access to the following:

  • Primary Care Health Screenings
  • Chronic Disease Care
  • Hypertension and diabetes management
  • Lab Collection
  • Prescription Assistance
  • Referrals
  • Health Care Education
  • Care Navigation

Fortson/Hampton Library - 1st Friday
Cochran/Stockbridge - 2nd Friday
Mcdonough Library - 3rd Friday
Locust Grove - 4th Friday
Fairview Library - 5th Friday
