Come learn from our very own baker/librarians how to make an amazing sourdough loaf and other recipes as well as troubleshooting tips.

This is a rerun of the September 21st class as we had many that couldn't attend the first time. Sourdough Basics will be an educational presentation going over how to make the best sourdough one can make. We will go through tips and tricks for using Sourdough starter in everyday baking.
