Learn how to stay safe in the summer heat. We’ll discuss sunscreen, UV protection, hydration, heat-related illness prevention, and practical tips for staying healthy while enjoying time outdoors.

Stay safe and informed this summer with our adult program on sun safety and skin health. August’s heat and strong UV exposure make it the perfect time to learn how to better protect yourself and your family while enjoying the outdoors. This program will cover the importance of sunscreen, understanding UV indexes, recognizing signs of heat-related illness, staying hydrated, and reducing the risk of sun damage and skin cancer.
